Please note:

A maximum of one (1) delegate per company can attend.
Delegate substitution during the event will not be permitted.
Entry into Business Events Australia China Showcase social functions will be permitted to registered delegates only.

Delegate participation includes:

Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
Includes one night accommodation in Nanjing for Wednesday, 16 September
Inclusion in the 1:1 appointments and evening networking events
All meals as specified in the official program
Transfers where specified

Items not included:

Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, internet charges, in-room dining, paid channels/movie on request, meals and beverages not specified in the program etc)
Travel insurance and airfares are the responsibility of each attending delegate
Shipment and delivery of brochures and display material
Accommodation and other expenses related to your stay in Nanjing, if you were to extend your stay outside of the event program.
